Gary P. Laux, DO

Dr. Gary Laux is a triple board-certified Physiatrist/Pain Management Specialist. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as the American Board of Osteopathic Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He completed fellowship-training specializing in interventional and non-interventional management of disorders of the spine. In addition to practicing non-operative outpatient musculoskeletal medicine, Dr. Laux's extensive education and training allow him to perform fluoroscopic (x-ray) guided spinal injections.

Dr. Laux received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York University (NYU) where he served as a Chief Resident. After completing his residency, Dr. Laux received an additional year of Interventional Pain Management training at the Deuk Spine Institute in Melbourne, Florida.

Dr. Laux's care philosophy focuses on treating each patient with care and compassion while focusing on the individual patient's specific needs and goals. Dr. Laux strives to educate his patients on their condition so they can better understand how to treat it. His goal is to treat the problem with conservative measures prior to more interventional solutions. Dr. Laux's goal is to reduce pain so that function can be restored.
