“Rehab” is therapy after a procedure. It helps you safely regain function, rebuild strength, and return to everyday activities as efficiently as possible.

Sometimes, yes. Not every orthopedic issue requires surgery. For many conditions, consistent, guided therapy can improve function and reduce symptoms—making it possible to return to activity without an operation, when clinically appropriate.
