Salvador Forte, DO

Dr. Salvador Forte is fellowship-trained in Hip & Knee Replacement Surgery. Dr. Forte specializes in primary, complex, and revision total joint replacement surgery. His extensive training includes minimally invasive hip and knee replacement including the direct anterior approach, partial knee replacement, robotic surgery, and artificial intelligence-assisted surgery. His practice focuses on rapid-recovery outpatient joint replacement surgery. He considers himself very fortunate to have a profession that he is passionate about and feels blessed to be able to help others doing what he loves. He continually strives to customize a care plan tailored to each patient’s needs.

He was also trained on the latest techniques in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of advanced joint disease. He has a special interest in rapid recovery surgery, multimodal pain management, and finding solutions for patients with the most complex hip and knee problems to maximize their quality of life. During his training, he published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national orthopedic conferences.

Dr. Forte completed his medical degree at the New York Institute of Technology and completed his Orthopedic residency training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). While at PCOM, he trained with world-renowned orthopedic surgeons at the Rothman Institute and the Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, MD specializing in complex hip and knee reconstruction.

Originally from Queens, New York, Dr. Forte is proud to continue to serve a robustly diverse community. He lives in Palm Beach County with his wife and family and enjoys the beautiful Florida weather with them as much as he can.
